We welcome submissions from the following surgical quality programs: ACS National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (ACS NSQIP®) ACS Children's Surgery Verification, as well as ACS NSQIP Pediatric Cancer Programs, including the Commission on Cancer (CoC) and National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), and National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer (NAPRC) Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) Trauma Quality Programs, including Pediatrics, Verification, Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP), and Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Please note that abstracts which have been submitted or recently presented at other meetings are eligible for presentation at the ACS Quality and Safety Conference
In addition, many surgical specialty societies have partnered with the ACS to co-sponsor a scholarship for a member in good standing of both the College and their society to attend this intensive program, including the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma, the American Pediatric Surgical Society, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Surgical Association, the American Urogynecologic Society, the American Urological Society (via its Gallagher Scholarship program), the Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma Foundation, New England Surgical Society, the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract, the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, and the Society for Vascular Surgery
