The Humans of RAS series is an op-ed styled series where authors contribute short essays, approximately 500 words, sharing their perspective on a chosen topic.
This quarter’s topic is: Wearing less (face masks) and going out more: Hopes and dreams for a post-pandemic era.
RAS-ACS members are encouraged to write about their hopes and dreams for life in the post-COVID era. What looks different? What has stayed the same? Do we dare breathe in the same air as strangers again, or are we forever changed by the stay-at-home initiative? Feel free to let your imagination run wild as you picture what life looks like after our world was changed forever.
