  • ACS ITALY CHAPTER MEETING, OCTOBER 2018 - ROME, ITALY

    The ACS ITALY CHAPTER MEETING will be held in Rome (Italy) October 14-17, 2018, in conjunction with the Italian Surgical Congress (Congresso Congiunto). The following Italian Scientific Surgical Societies will have their own meeting during the same congress at the same location: Italian Society for Surgery (SIC), ACOI (Association of Italian Surgeons), AISP - ANISC - CHC - CRSA - CUDS - ICS Italy Chapter – IESIR - IHBPA Italy Chapter - ISHAWS – ISS/SIC - ISSE - SICADS - SICCR - SICE - SICG - SICO -SICOB - SICOP - SICT – SICU (Society of University Surgeons) - SICUT - SIFIPAC - SIPAD - SIRC - SIU - SIUCP - SIUEC – SPIGC). The fact that the ACS Italy Chapter Meeting is combined with the most important major annual national surgical meeting and is in a major city such as Rome will assure a very high attendance.

    The activities will be held at the brand new “Cloud” Congress Building, in Rome, designed by the internationally renowned architect Massimiliano Fuksas. The complex has a total building area of 55,000 square meter. The complex is highly flexible, able to host congresses and exhibition events, with a capacity that can reach a total of nearly 8,000 seats, divided between the auditorium inside the Cloud, that can accommodate 1,800 people, and large conference rooms totaling 6,000 seats (https://www.archdaily.com/799235/the-cloud-studio-fuksas)
