The 2018 ACS/Pfizer Surgical Volunteerism and Humanitarian Awards nomination website is now open. The awards recognize ACS Fellows and members whose altruism, vision, leadership, and dedication provide models to emulate and whose contributions have made a lasting difference. All nominations must be received by February 28.
The ACS Board of Governors Surgical Volunteerism and Humanitarian Awards Workgroup will evaluate the nominations in the spring and forward their selections to the Board of Governors Executive Committee for final approval. The final awardees will be recognized at the ACS Clinical Congress 2018 in Boston, MA.
